Fitness classes are a great way to work out, meet new
people and have fun. I have taught fitness class in North Seattle
for over 10 years. I teach indoor classes year
round near Magnuson Park and one class outdoors near Green Lake in
the summer.
Total Body Conditioning:
you will learn a do-it-at-home free weight and mat work routine;
Sports Conditioning:
you will perform a wide range of exercises that will help you
improve in any recreational sport you do or would like to do. S.C.
provides an excellent ongoing base and helps prevent overuse
injuries incurred in single sport performance.
Circuit Training: In this class you perform an exercise
at a station for one minute then move on to the next station with a
different exercise until you complete a circuit of 8-12 stations.
Currently this is offered on Wednesdays, Sept. to May.
Classes will be repeated approximately every two months from January
through November. The classes are not intended to be progressive but
can be. Most people repeat the same class because it meets their
fitness level and schedule and they like the instructor! |
