Looking for something to do in 2006? This page gives you a calendar of fun and challenging events in the Seattle area and the Northwest. They are listed in chronological order so you can set one or more as your goal and develop your training program towards the event date. If you have a favorite fitness event, please feel free to email me and I'll see about adding it. Thank you for visiting, drop in again.

Contact me if you would like help with any of the following
  1. Help developing a training plan
  2. To get a baseline assessment so you can define your goals and have a measurement for comparison ( I certainly wish I had one in my 30’s before I quit smoking and began working out)
  3. To get some pointers and drills for your crawl stroke
  4. To get a base fitness level which you will need BEFORE you start training for an event. Yes, it may be later than you think, see (1) above.
